Community guidelines

FirstSqueak works because owners are honest about how their things hold up.

Do

• Review things you actually own or owned, and keep your check-ins up to date. Consistent follow-ups are what make your reviews trusted.
• Report problems when they happen, even outside a scheduled check-in. The date something broke is the most valuable detail.
• Be kind in comments. People are sharing their own experience.

Don't

• Post reviews for products you haven't used, or coordinate reviews or helpful marks.
• Post links, advertising or discount codes.
• Share personal information about yourself or others.
• Represent a brand. FirstSqueak has no brand accounts and no official brand replies.

Reporting

Use Report on any review, check-in, comment or product listing. Moderators review reports. Content reported by several trusted members may be hidden until a moderator decides.
